Custom orders are made specially for you. Please provide accurate measurements and clear instructions.

Custom order steps

1. Submit your custom order request.
2. Add measurements or use Measurement Passport.
3. Upload inspiration photos if needed.
4. Mezanu/admin confirms design details.
5. The tailor starts production.
6. Progress/proof photos may be uploaded.
7. Quality check is completed.
8. Your order is packed.
9. Your order is shipped.
10. You receive the order.

You can follow every step on your Trust Timeline from My Account → Custom Orders.

Important note

For custom-made products, changes may not be possible after production starts. Please confirm details carefully before approval.
