What are Mezanu coins?
Mezanu coins are reward points you collect on the platform. They work as store credit only — they have no cash value and cannot be paid out as money.
How to earn coins
- purchases and order milestones
- reward games in your account (Egg Game, Spin the Wheel)
- community activities, like approved gallery photos
- special promotions and holiday events
How to use coins
Your coin balance is shown in My Account → Rewards. Coins can be applied as store credit according to the reward rules shown there.
Important rules
- Coins are personal and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Refunded orders may adjust the coins earned from them.
- Mezanu may correct balances in case of abuse or technical error.
