How can I pay?

You can pay using the payment methods enabled at checkout, such as card payment or other options configured by Mezanu.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Mezanu does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

What happens after payment?

After payment, your order status changes to payment secured or processing. For custom orders, the next steps may include design confirmation, measurement confirmation, tailoring, proof photos, quality check, packing, and shipping.

I paid but my order status did not update

Don't worry — this is usually a short delay. If it does not update:

1. Check your email for the order confirmation.
2. Refresh My Account → Orders.
3. If still nothing after a few minutes, contact support with your order number, payment date, and the email address used for the order.
