Delivery areas
Mezanu ships to customers in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and other available destinations depending on carrier availability. Some products may ship from Ethiopia or another vendor location.
Shipping methods
Available shipping methods may include:
- DHL Express
- Ethiopost / EMS
- La Poste / Colissimo if shipping from France
- Chronopost if shipping from France
- local partner delivery for Gursha / Send Gift Home
- manual carrier tracking where needed
Available options depend on product location, destination country, parcel size, weight, and carrier availability.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship products are processed faster. Custom orders require production time before shipping.
Production time depends on:
- dress type
- fabric availability
- design complexity
- measurement confirmation
- tailor workload
- wedding/holiday season
- quality check
Custom order delivery
For custom orders, shipping normally starts only after:
- design is confirmed
- measurements are confirmed
- tailoring is completed
- quality check is completed
- the parcel is packed
- final weight and parcel size are confirmed
The tracking number may be created after the item is packed, because final parcel weight and size may be needed.
Tracking
You can track orders from My Account → Orders → Track Order, or through the secure tracking link sent by email.
Tracking may show: received, processing, packed, shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. For custom orders, it also shows the Trust Timeline.
Customs, taxes, and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless clearly stated at checkout, customers may be responsible for customs/import fees charged by their country.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to customs checks, carrier delays, incorrect address, remote delivery areas, holidays, weather, strikes, or production delay for custom orders. Mezanu will support you with tracking and updates where possible.
