Where to track
You can track your order from [My Account → Orders](/account?section=orders) → Track Order. You may also receive a secure tracking link by email — it works without logging in, so keep it private.
What the steps mean
- Received — we received your order.
- Processing — your order is being prepared.
- Shipped — your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
- In Transit — the parcel is on the way.
- Out for Delivery — the parcel is close to delivery.
- Delivered — the parcel has been delivered.
For custom orders, you will see a detailed Trust Timeline: design, measurement, tailoring, proof photo, quality check, packing, shipping, and delivery.
Carriers
Depending on origin and destination, your parcel may travel with DHL Express, Ethiopost/EMS, La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost, or a local partner (for Gursha gifts).
Tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If there is no update for several days, contact support with your order number.
