What is Gursha?

Gursha is Mezanu's Send Gift Home service. You can pay from abroad and send a gift to family back home through Mezanu's vendor or local partner.

How it works

1. Choose Send Gift Home.
2. Choose the gift type.
3. Enter the recipient's details (name, phone, city).
4. Add a personal gift message.
5. Choose gift packaging if available.
6. Pay securely.
7. Track delivery and receive proof of delivery.

Tracking your gift

After ordering, you receive a secure tracking link by email. You can follow every step until the gift reaches your family. Where available, the local partner uploads a proof photo so you can see the moment your gift arrives.

Tips

• Double-check the recipient's phone number — the local partner uses it to arrange delivery.
• For holidays (Ashenda, Genna, Fasika, Eid…), order early — delivery demand is high.
