Game rules

These rules apply to the Lucky Spin and Daily Egg Game on mezanu.com and in the Mezanu app.

Organiser

The games are run by Mezanu. The organiser's company details are in the Legal Notice.

Apple and Google are not sponsors of these games and are not involved in them in any way.

Who can play

• Anyone aged 18 or over with a Mezanu account.
• One account per person. Plays from extra accounts or by automated means do not count, and coins won that way are removed.

Free to play

Playing is free. No purchase is needed to play or to win, and buying something does not change your chances.

How often

Each game can be played once a day. A new day starts at midnight UTC.

Lucky Spin: prizes and chances

Each spin gives one of these results:

• No reward: 70%
• 1 coin: 20%
• 5 coins: 8%
• 10 coins: 1.5%
• 15 coins: 0.5%

Daily Egg Game: prizes and chances

One of three eggs holds a coin prize. You are shown which egg it is, the eggs are shuffled, and you pick one. If you pick the egg with the coin, you win it. The prize in the egg is drawn before the shuffle:

• 1 coin: 66.7%
• 5 coins: 26.7%
• 10 coins: 5%
• 15 coins: 1.7%

Whether you pick the right egg depends on following the shuffle. Picking at random, the chance is 1 in 3.

Using coins

• 1 coin is worth €1.00 off an order on Mezanu.
• Coins can be used on orders of €50 or more, and can pay for up to 5% of an order.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be passed to another account.
• Coins are lost when the account is deleted.

Changes

Mezanu may change the prizes and chances, or end the games, at any time. This page always shows the current prizes and chances. Coins already won stay in your account.
