Size & Measurement Guide

Ready-to-wear sizes
Each product page shows its available sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size — Habesha dresses are often fitted afterwards.
Measuring for custom orders
For custom orders, accurate measurements are essential. Mezanu's guided measurement tool shows you a visual body diagram for every measurement.
Tips for accurate measuring:
- Use a soft measuring tape (not a metal one).
- Measure over light clothing, not thick layers.
- Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Stand naturally — don't hold your breath.
- Ask someone to help for back and shoulder measurements.
- Double-check before submitting — wrong measurements may lead to correction costs.
Measurement Passport
Save measurements once and reuse them for every future order:
- Log in and open Measurement Passport in your account.
- Create a profile — for yourself, mother, father, child, bride, bridesmaid, or another person.
- Enter the measurements with the visual guide.
- Save — the profile is offered automatically at checkout and on custom orders.
Wrong measurements?
If you entered wrong measurements, contact support as fast as possible — before production starts, changes are usually still possible. After production starts, correction costs may be charged. If the mistake is from the tailor, Mezanu covers the correction — see Returns & Refunds.
